👋 We are BACK to our regularly scheduled programming, and before we get to the business goods, we have some BIG news to share—
We’re having a baby! 🎉😱😅
If you’ve been following our journey, you know it’s been a bit of a bumpy road to get here. After navigating fertility challenges with two chemical pregnancies last year, we’re thrilled to finally share that we’re 15 weeks along with a healthy and growing little addition to our family.

We found out for sure on New Year’s Eve (talk about a way to ring in 2025!), and while this new chapter is full of excitement, it’s also a reminder of something we’ve been reflecting on a lot lately:
Everything changes.
Business changes. Life changes. The things we thought were stable can shift overnight, even when that change is something you've been deeply yearning for. Just when you think you have your feet underneath you, you're in a new phase and tackling new challenges for the first time.
As much as we talk about trying to achieve predictability in business, there's a caveat to that: creating a predictable business in an unpredictable reality has its limitations. You can pursue steadiness, but always be flexible enough to pivot on a dime if needed.
Basically, stay open to evolving. This week, let’s talk about how to embrace change in your business, your mindset, and your offers—so you can feel calm and in control, no matter what season you’re in.

Is it time to get creative with your offers to meet shifting buyer behavior?

👨🏻🦲 👋: Anyone else feel that weird uncertainty hanging in the air right now? Between high prices, economic instability, the absolute political chaos we're all seeing, and words like recession getting tossed around... it's no wonder we're hearing word from most creators that their digital product sales are down from this time last year.
It's not just the larger economic environment though—changing buyer habits, the online business industry maturing, and even personal seasons of life can all impact your business revenue.
Instead of resisting these changes, lean into them by brainstorming ways to make your offers more adaptable.
The right solution is going to vary by audience and industry, but when you see that sales are slipping due to changes outside your control, you know you need to switch up something to meet the moment.
Here are two different ways to evolve your pricing and offer structure depending on what best fits your business:
• Go more scalable. If customers are feeling cautious about spending, consider adding a lower-priced, scalable offer to your offer suite. Consider pulling out a highly specific and targeted resource from a course, membership or program already working for you and promote that as a low-risk way to enter your offer ecosystem.
OR...
• Go more premium. On the flip side, if you know you don't have the audience volume to make a low-priced offer work, consider a higher-priced, highly tailored option (like a VIP coaching package) which allows you to serve fewer clients at a higher margin. The key here is that when consumers are sitting with economic uncertainty, they will still pay for premium solutions, but they need to feel twice as confident that your solution will get them the outcome they want. So, lean heavily on results, testimonials, and make the ROI of investing in your offer crystal clear to them.
Neither of these strategies is “better.” The key is figuring out which is better suited for your audience, your expertise, and your niche.

Accepting the season you're in

👩🏻🦰 👋: We tend to resist change because we’re afraid of what it means for us—will this shift make things harder? Will I fall behind? Will everything unravel?
But, in my experience, living in this place of worry only makes change harder.
Instead, what if we stopped trying to fight change or fear it, we softened into it?
Right now, I know our lives are shifting in a big way. The fatigue and nausea of the first trimester kicked my butt, and it took a few weeks for me to make peace with the fact that my capacity wasn't the same as it was before.
But instead of trying to pretend like I can keep operating at full speed, I’m choosing to embrace this season for what it is. I'm not trying to cling to what was... I'm finding ways to love the excitement of what's to come.
The same goes for business—there will be seasons of rapid growth, seasons of slowing down, and seasons of pivoting. Each one serves a purpose.
The best thing you can do? Meet yourself where you are and find what's beautiful about THIS moment.

tips for more predictability 🔄
When everything is changing, systematize what's already steady

👩🏻🦰 👋: When your business (or life) is in flux—whether you’re experimenting with new offers, testing a different marketing strategy, or just navigating a big transition—it’s easy to feel like everything is uncertain. But this is exactly when you should double down on what’s already predictable.
For us, that means making the repeatable parts of our business as effortless as possible. I don’t want to spend more energy than I need to writing this newsletter or recording the podcast every week—those should be the most systematized parts of my business because we’ve been doing them for years.
What this looks like in practice: I set up ChatGPT’s scheduled task feature to send me a prompt every Friday morning. I type in what I'm thinking for the newsletter's weekly theme, some loose ideas about what tips I want to share, and it helps me format the newsletter quickly. No blank-page syndrome, no overthinking—just a structured, repeatable process that keeps me moving forward even when other parts of my business are evolving.
The key takeaway? Change and uncertainty take energy. The more you can automate or streamline the things that don’t need to change, the more capacity you have to adapt where it matters.
🌟 Action item: Pick one area of your business—content, admin, marketing—and set up a simple system to make it more repeatable.
