Solidifying Plans for our Email Newsletter, Failed Payments, and Content Migration

We sat down to chat about three big topics: Our email newsletter strategy (since we're combining both our email lists into one), our content migration strategy (with over 400 articles to be moved), and our failed payment plans (yeeesh).

For our email newsletter strategy, we wanted to nail down the exact next steps as well as come up with a structure for each Monday's newsletter going forward.

Talking about failed payments and all the loops and hoops that go along with that quickly gave me anxiety in this week's unedited meeting. You get to enjoy watching that in real-time, but, it's important stuff and we want to try to get it right out of the gates. It's awesome to have Caroline at my side for this topic, otherwise I think I'd throw my hands and give up on it. 😂
