We're not sailors, but we do drop swear words now and again. You won't hear or see it too much from us, but we wanted to make sure you knew that a random "ass" or "damn" or even the occasional "shit" 💩 can be heard. If that's not cool with you, at least you know ahead of time!
What accessibility options do you offer for your coaching sessions?
Great question! Making our resources more accessible to WAIMers with a wide array of abilities, challenges, life circumstances, and learning needs has become a huge priority for us. Right now, every live coaching session since May of 2020 to the present has:
high-quality captions available with the HD replay within one week,
a downloadable transcript PDF,
the presentation slides are downloadable as a PDF,
plus an audio-only download of the session.
We hope this combination of deliverability options can be customized to your specific needs.
We also recently added all our coaching sessions as audio-only recordings into a private podcast feed so you can subscribe in your favorite podcast player and take us on the go!
We regularly check in to make sure every WAIMer feels they are able to utilize the resources in the program and their specific learning support needs are being met to the best of our ability with the resources we have as a business. 👍
If I join WAIM Unlimited and finish my payments, what happens then? Do I really NOT pay you guys in the future??
Once you pay off the $2,000 total for WAIM Unlimited you are 👏 done 👏 paying 👏 us 👏 forever! There’s no loophole or fine print. We believe in offering something that’s “too good to be true” and that’s exactly what WAIM Unlimited is. Once you finish paying, you’re done giving us money but we’re not done giving you value. When you say "direct access" to you two, what exactly does that mean?
There are a lot of folks out there who tell you that you’ll get “direct access” to them, but then you find out it’s a community manager or a virtual assistant. We’re not saying there’s anything wrong with that, it’s just not the ballgame we play within WAIM. When we say direct access, we mean you can DM or email us whenever you need it. We’ll answer. Us. Not assistants, managers, or our robot butlers. Our robot butlers are too busy making us gluten-free chocolate chip cookies anyway!
What if I want to cancel WAIM Unlimited?
We’re big on commitments around these parts, but we also don’t hold people hostage. If you need to cancel your WAIM Unlimited account, you can do so without needing to ask us (we don’t hide the cancelation button). However, unless it’s some sort of emergency, if you do decide to cancel before the end of your payment schedule, just know that you will NOT be able to re-join again. What happens with monthly coaching during and after 2025?
June and July will be our standard live group coaching sessions. From August to November, we will be taking parental leave 👶 and will release a monthly pre-recorded coaching session on a new business topic. There will be a release date and time each month where you can watch the session (live) with other WAIM members and chat together. In December 2025, we are planning on a final live coaching session. Then, in 2026, we will shift to monthly Q&A video calls, updating your on our AI tool-building progress and answering any questions to help with your current business needs!

Lots of other entrepreneurs would downplay things like fun and humor and throw all kinds of impressive accolades, corporate logos, and vanity metrics at you. We COULD do that... but we’re not those kinds of people. Sure, we’ve written for Inc Magazine, Fast Company, Entrepreneur Magazine, etc; we’ve both traditionally published books; we’ve both been featured multiple times in major media outlets (HuffPo, New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, etc); and we’ve grown a handful of businesses from $0 to six-figures in just a few short years. (Ew, can we be done with that part now?!) BUT… those aren’t the things we take the most pride in. What you see on this page and what you’ve read is what really motivates us. We value joy and laughter and fun just as much as we value results. If you still need all the vanity metrics and lots of fancy social proof, WAIM probably isn’t right for you.
I'm an INFJ, is WAIM right for me?
YES. 1000% yes. No, seriously. This is an oddly specific FAQ question, but over time we have seen a funny pattern develop and a high number of INFJ’s tend to flourish in WAIM. Our community is thoughtful, caring, and our approach to business doesn't make you feel guilty for taking time that you need to recharge, rest and go at your own pace. PS, ALL other personality types are welcome too (Jason is an ISTJ), it's just that we just know INFJ’s fit really well!
What's the best "classic" movie we've watched?
Ahhh, you know about our weekly "classic" movie night 🎥 🍿? We watch two movies from our childhoods (both born in the 80s), so "classic" for us means movies made in the late 80s, 90s, and even some early 2000s. It's really hard to pick a favorite from the 150+ movies we've watched, but if we HAD to pick (and if we had to agree), we'd probably go with the Keanu Reeves gem: Speed. It holds up!
