If you haven't noticed, we're pretty honest people and this week we're putting that on full display.
Being in a relationship (and working together) is not always sunshine, rainbows, and vegan donuts. While we consider our partnership to be a very healthy one, just like everyone else we have disagreements that can turn into "fights"—especially as we go down this path of blending our businesses even more into our lives.
I'm throwing fight in quotes, because we've never once yelled at each other or really even had a heated argument. (Yes, really.) Still, we definitely disagree and some disagreements are more frustrating than others, which are usually the ones that get categorized as "fights."
This week's check-in video shares our thoughts and feelings right after our disagreement. Sorry, we didn't have the camera rolling with the plates were flying across the room. 😅
We also talk about how we're feeling a bit out of control of the Wandering Aimfully build and what we're doing to not lose our minds because of that.
Caroline brings up some solid points about the welcome gifts we've been sending our previous customers and will be sending our new members. We definitely want to surprise and delight our Wandering Aimfully members, but we
(fine, I)
needed to shift our thinking from what we were previously doing.
And we round this week's check-in out by talking about saying "no" to opportunities that are coming our way as well as a note about pricing what you sell.
Hope you appreciate the transparency and honesty this week! It can be scary to share videos where we aren't our fully happy and jovial selves.
